01 / Our story
Born from a love of Puglia, we bring appetite, desire and Italian hospitality to the same table. Our pride begins with our roots, and a cuisine that stays true to them.
For fifteen years, our home on Fulham Road brought that spirit to London. A little irreverent. Deeply personal. A place where the food had roots and the welcome had no limits.
The London chapter came to a close in 2025. The relationships, the memories and the spirit of our table live on.

Our Italian, without compromise
02 / Our hospitality
Mr Gola is the spirit of the Italian oste: he notices the little things, welcomes your curiosity and gives you every reason to linger. You feel at home from the first moment.

Your name. Your mood. Your rhythm. An old-school Italian oste who reads the table and understands what could make these two hours yours.
Before your dishes arrive, a small tasting appears. You didn’t order it. We simply made something we wanted you to try — and your opinion matters.
The music. The conversation. The person looking after your table. Hospitality is the art of noticing, and making it all feel effortless.
Now stop imagining.
This happened. For fifteen years in London.
03 / One of the seven deadly sins
The pleasure of food.
The art of temptation.
Gola is the sin that invites the other six to the table. Its closest companion is Lust: the meeting of appetite and desire, expressed through aromas, textures and the pleasure of sharing a meal.
The warmth of chilli. The aroma of truffle. Chocolate melting on the tongue. Alongside rocket, aubergine and chicory, these ingredients invite us to explore culinary traditions, aphrodisiac reputations and the science behind the stories.
